This is a collection of old recordings, and i was admittedly pretty trash at playing, recording, and engineering bass. That said, maybe you'll find something you can do with it. Knock yourself out comrades!. Gec gecgec gecgec gecgggeeeeeeeeeeeecc.
A short and simple tapping riff. All guitar tracks were recorded with an ibanez rg7321 plugged directly into an m-audio fast track pro. I used cubase as my daw and plugins by tse audio and lepou for overdrive and amp simulation, respectively, some stock cubase plugins (eq, compression, delay, etc. ) and some drum hits were added using superior drummer.
All i did is that i recorded and played a little riff on my violin with my ipad, and then add some reverb, and delay effects in audacity. (very eerie-like, but pretty). This kind of reverb used in the beginning and end of the riff is a cathedral room-like sound, and a few seconds of delay. I used mostly double-stops during the riff. Enjoy.

Simple type of riff with some flange and vibrato/noise. Low gain type of distortion. Sorta random chords type of playing which would probably work broken up into smaller sections. Gets nasty at the end.
